Kelly is a Delaware native who brings local knowledge, straightforward communication, and a genuine love for helping people to every real estate transaction. Born and raised in the First State, she has watched Delaware grow and change firsthand—giving her an understanding of the area that goes far beyond market statistics.

As a full-time REALTOR®, Kelly works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Sussex and Kent Counties. She believes her clients deserve more than someone who simply opens doors or puts a sign in the yard. Her approach is hands-on, honest, and transparent from beginning to end. Whether she is helping a first-time buyer navigate an unfamiliar process, preparing a home to hit the market, or negotiating on behalf of an experienced investor, Kelly makes sure her clients understand their options and feel confident in the decisions they make.

Known for her attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and no-pressure approach, Kelly isn’t afraid to have the conversations that matter. Her goal isn’t simply to get to the closing table—it’s to protect her clients’ interests, anticipate potential problems, and make the process as smooth and successful as possible.

Kelly’s passion for helping others extends beyond real estate and into a cause especially close to her heart: animal rescue. What began as volunteering with Humane Animal Partners grew into becoming an employee of the organization—a natural progression fueled by her genuine passion for animal welfare and helping local shelter animals find the homes they deserve.

At home, Kelly and her husband, Billy, share their lives with their kids and six rescue dogs, so it’s safe to say her love for animals doesn’t end when the workday does.

For Kelly, real estate and rescue may look like two very different worlds, but they’re rooted in the same thing: helping others, giving back, and making a meaningful difference in the Delaware community she has always called home.
